He completed his schooling from Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Kanpur, where he consistently excelled in academics. He later pursued his graduation in Commerce and further strengthened his business acumen by earning an MBA from Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom.

Mr. Akash Goenka joined the family business in 2002 and has since played a pivotal role in transforming Goldiee Group into one of India's fastest-growing FMCG organizations. With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint across India and international markets.

His leadership spans key areas including business expansion, new product development, manufacturing, supply chain management, dispatch operations, and modern trade sales. As a member of the second generation of leadership, Mr. Goenka actively contributes to the strategic direction of the organization and is deeply involved in major business decisions. His vision is to establish Goldiee Group among the most respected and trusted FMCG brands in India while continuing to innovate and meet evolving consumer needs.

Under his leadership, Goldiee Group has achieved several milestones, including strengthening its national distribution network, expanding exports to multiple international markets, and enhancing product quality standards. A notable recent achievement was Goldiee Masala receiving the prestigious Sattvik Certification, an internationally recognized mark of purity, quality, and ethical food production, further reinforcing consumer trust in the brand.

Mr. Goenka has also represented Goldiee Group at prominent industry platforms, including Indus Food 2026, contributing to discussions focused on innovation, collaboration, and the future of the Indian food industry.
