An academically accomplished professional, Mr. Goenka holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA, and has also pursued higher studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York, USA. His strong educational foundation in engineering and business systems has enabled him to bring a highly analytical and process-driven approach to organizational growth.

Before joining the family business, Mr. Goenka gained valuable international corporate experience with The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta, Georgia, where he served as a CSD Sealer Business Analyst. This exposure to global business practices further strengthened his expertise in operations, systems management, and strategic planning.

As Director of Goldiee Group, Mr. Goenka has been instrumental in expanding the company’s presence across India by significantly strengthening its distributor and retailer network. His focus on operational excellence and technological advancement led to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, creating an integrated, centralized, and highly efficient management system across the organization.

One of his most notable contributions has been the development and expansion of Goldiee Group’s Ready-to-Eat and value-added food business. Under his leadership, the company established state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, streamlined production processes, and introduced innovative product offerings that cater to evolving consumer preferences. His strategic marketing initiatives have further enhanced brand visibility, strengthened market penetration, and supported the successful launch of numerous products across categories.
