Baked Cheesy Wrap

Ingredients
- ½ cup boiled sweet corn, diced capsicum, and onions
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise + grated processed cheese
- ½ tsp red chilli flakes
- ½ tsp mixed herbs/oregano
- Salt to taste

1 tsp butter (to brush the baking tray)

A pinch of red chilli flakes and a few fresh parsley or coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, toss in the onion, capsicum, and sweet corn, and sauté for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then stir in the mayonnaise, grated processed cheese, chilli flakes, oregano, and salt to form a uniform filling.
- Place a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface and spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly across the center.
- Spoon half of the prepared cheesy vegetable filling down the middle of the wrap.
- Fold the opposite sides tightly toward the center to enclose the filling completely and place the wrap seam-side down on a greased baking tray.
- Top the wrap generously with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is beautifully melted and lightly browned.
