- Sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Chilled club soda or Sprite

Instructions
- Place the fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges directly into the bottom of a heavy-bottomed serving glass.
- Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently press and crush the mint and lemons to express their aromatic juices.
- Add the black salt, roasted cumin powder, and sugar syrup over the muddled ingredients.
- Fill the glass to the top with fresh, clean ice cubes.
- Pour chilled club soda slowly into the glass until completely full.
- Use a long cocktail spoon to stir gently from the bottom up to integrate all the chatpata spices, garnish the rim with a lemon wheel, and serve instantly cold.
