Paneer Tikka Pizza
For the tikka marinade, whisk a spoonful of thick curd with red chilli powder, turmeric, and paneer tikka masala. Toss in cubed paneer, onions, and capsicum, ensuring everything is heavily coated. Pan-sear the marinated elements for a few minutes until slightly charred.

Ingredients
- 200 gms paneer cubes, onion petals, capsicum diced
- 2 tbsp thick hung curd
- 1 tsp Goldiee Paneer Tikka Masala (or Shahi Paneer Masala)
- ½ tsp Goldiee Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil

1 tsp butter (to brush the pizza crust edges)

A pinch of oregano, red chilli flakes, and a few fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, Goldiee spices, and salt. Toss in paneer cubes, onion petals, and capsicum pieces until well coated.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated paneer and veggies for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred. Remove and set aside.
- Take the pizza base and spread pizza sauce evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the cooked paneer tikka, onion, and capsicum pieces evenly on top.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
